Alpha Smart Neo's
These low-cost, mobile, wireless, re-chargeable word processors provide
writing opportunities in language arts classrooms for Wheeler Middle
School students.
North Stonington Elementary School Jogging Track
The NSEF was able to make physical education teacher, Larry Chappell's
dream come true with the funding for a jogging track to be built behind
the elementary school. The purpose of the grant is to encourage
and facilitate a higher level of fitness among our students. The
track is also available for the community to use.
Exploring Engineering Through the Submarine
This program is meant to foster an interest in engineering using the
submarine as a way to identify the various engineering disciplines
needed to design, build, and test a product.
