Dr. Meredith Milligan '10

Dr. Meredith Milligan graduated from Wheeler High School in 2010. Meredith resides in Concord, New Hampshire, and is a practicing physician at Epsom Family Medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Medicine degrees from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Public Health from Dartmouth College in 2023.


Meredith is a highly published author with articles in multiple peer-reviewed academic journals, including Obesity Reviews, Neuropsychopharmacology, and Family Medicine. She has also written for the New Hampshire Union Leader and has been featured in online publications highlighting the intersection of women’s health, telemedicine, and climate health.


She has been engaged in numerous research projects, including efforts to address vaccine hesitancy, improve access to family planning, and understand the impacts of nutrition counseling on depression and obesity.


Dr. Milligan performs clinical work, consults in public health, and advises resident physicians. She is highly regarded in all that she does, and her accomplishments clearly merit recognition as a Wheeler High School Distinguished Alumna.
